🚨 Vehicle Cranks But Won’t Start? 🚨

A vehicle that cranks normally but won’t start can be frustrating—and the cause isn’t always obvious.

🔍 Case of Interest: 1998 Mazda B4000

The customer brought this truck to us because the engine would crank, but it would not start.

After performing a complete diagnostic inspection, we found the problem: a failed fuel pump.

🔧 Our Solution:
✔ Removed the fuel tank
✔ Replaced the faulty fuel pump
✔ Verified proper fuel delivery
✔ Confirmed the vehicle starts and runs correctly

✅ After installing the new fuel pump, the truck is back on the road and starting properly again.

🚨 Car Shutting Off While Driving?

🔍 Case of Interest: 2001 Buick LeSabre Limited

Customer concern:
❗ Vehicle would randomly shut off while driving
Even more concerning:
⚠️ No warning codes were stored
⚠️ No obvious failed component during initial inspection

After deeper diagnostics, we discovered the issue:
❗ Faulty MAF Sensor (Mass Air Flow Sensor)
This sensor helps control the air/fuel mixture going into the engine. When it fails, it can cause:

Sounds minor… but it wasn’t.

After a full inspection:
⚠️ Oil leak from front crankshaft seal
⚠️ Valve cover gasket leaking oil
➡️ Oil contaminated and damaged the belt
⚠️ Bad spark plug ( #2 cylinder)

✔️ Replaced front crankshaft seal
✔️ Replaced valve cover gasket
✔️ Installed new spark plugs (all cylinders)
✔️ Cleaned (washed) the engine
✔️ Eliminated noise & restored performance 💪
