• The chest protector may be worn under or over the jersey, and it should cover the sternum anterior ribs, posterior ribs, and spine from T1 to T12.

🛑Our sport is an exhilarating sport and this sport is NOT for everyone; with that being said please note actions sports including motocross is a DANGEROUS SPORT. When you sign in to watch and / or participate you are acknowledging the risk and assuming full responsibility of bodily injury, death, and property damage. If you are not comfortable with this AGREEMENT please refrain from entering our facility and refrain from participating in any events including practice and / or spectating. Please feel free to express any concerns you may have at the main office as you are exiting the park. 🛑
⛔️ ⚠️ Our sign in sheets are a “Release and Waiver of Liability Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement” which is a legal document. Please print your name legibly then sign your name next to your printed name. If you are accompanying a minor, parents please print your minor name then sign your signature next to your minor’s name. Please stop passing the rider boards back to your minors for them to sign.⛔️
⚠️‼️🛑It has come to our attention that a select few of minors are lying about their age and claiming they are 18 or 19 years old to get around the inconvenience of our waivers. We will be asking for ID from this point forward if you are in this age bracket. Please note it’s a criminal offense to forge your parent’s signature on legal documents as well. If you truly respected our sport and your fellow riders including the future of our sport - you wouldn’t be risking taking an entire facility from all the other honest motocross riders in this sport. We encourage other tracks to be aware of this tactic. 🛑⚠️‼️

‼️SAVE TIME IN LINE - MEMBERSHIP FORMS ARE ON OUR WEBSITE - BOTH PARENTS MUST FILL OUT MINOR 1 and MINOR 2 forms so that is collectively FOUR WAIVERS MUST BE COMPLETED FOR EACH MINOR RIDER - read below 👇
🛑 Please Note: both parents, meaning biological mom and dad, must sign all waivers & releases. Legal guardianship and sole custody must provide court ordered paperwork. We are having an alarming amount of parents claiming the other parent is deceased just to avoid the hassle of collecting both parents signatures. We have an Affidavit of Statement form specifically for you to sign representing your statement that we will keep on file for our records.
‼️The pit vehicles are another big change at 3 Palms. Anything with a twist is not allowed as a pit vehicle. Pit vehicles are ridden in the pits, not the track. A 110 that is being brought out to ride for a child is acceptable, but adults who want to ride pit bikes on the track are only allowed on Thursday evenings from 3:00 pm to 8:30 pm - full gear required, full price, and membership required.‼️
🛑✋LOOK UP in the TREES ‼️ You will see branches waiting to fall - DO NOT PARK UNDER THEM! A majority of our trees are under distress from all the weather. Please do NOT park under or near the trees, if you do - you’re accepting responsibility for any damage and or injuries that could result from falling debris.‼️
😎All of our customers have been amazing with bringing their membership cards making the check in process a lot smoother than in the past. Our new famous question will be how many people are in your vehicle - if you love your sport you will answer honestly and will make sure everyone signs in. When SIGNING the clipboards you are signing a RELEASE and WAIVER of LIABILITY. Every single person in your vehicle must sign on either on the Rider Board or Spectator Board prior to entry of the park. Print your legal name legibly (no nicknames), then sign your name. If you have a minor, print your minor’s name then sign your name next to the minor name. We will be asking you how many people in your vehicle and comparing the names and number of people on the board. 🌴🌴🌴

‼️⛔️This isn’t a new problem, but it’s becoming a reoccurring problem nearly daily now, even on the slow days. If you are caught sharing your bike with someone who has NOT paid you will be asked to leave. Signing in as a spectator then riding without paying is considered stealing and riding without the proper membership on file is how motocross tracks get shut down permanently. If you love your sport, then at the very least please do your part and not share bikes with people who don’t have active memberships on file.⛔️‼️
‼️⚠️ BIG BIKES and Small Bikes are NEVER ALLOWED TO RIDE TOGETHER!!! So many times we see parent ignore this rule! Please educate your minor riders that this is dangerous and parents there are no exceptions. You are NOT allowed to ride the kids track even if you are on a small bike. You can NOT follow you kid on any track. Big bikes and big people are NOT ALLOWED to ride with kids/small bikes.. ‼️⚠️
⚠️‼️GO SLOW IN the PITS - it’s 5 mph⚠️‼️
🛑NO FREE ROAMING and FREE RIDING the park meaning stick to the tracks and / or trails and do NOT venture off exploring.🛑
‼️Please be aware that the San Jacinto River is in our backyard along with several ponds and lakes at 3 Palms and surrounding neighbors. Please stay away from all bodies of water and the river edge including don’t park near the water or river edge. PARENTS & RIDERS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for keeping your minors and pets away from the water & river edge.‼️
🛑 3 Palms has ALLIGATORS 🐊‼️ Do NOT fish for or feed our gators!!! Be aware of your surroundings at all times and keep your pets on a leash, you are responsible for your pets and your own safety along with your children’s safety and whereabouts. Please stay out of the water - NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY ⛔️
😎QUADS are NOW ALLOWED ONLY on Saturday and Sundays primarily on the RIVER TRACK - occasionally it will be the Woods Track. Practice will be organized on the River Track between Big Bikes and Quads. ALL DIRT BIKES and QUADS are never allowed to ride together. Small Quads and Big Quads are NOT ALLOWED to ride together either!!! Small Quads are NOT ALLOWED on kids track. If practice is NOT being organized, please report it to the Sign In Building, but you are still responsible for knowing the rules, which is that Quads and MX Bikes don’t mix on the same track.‼️

🛑 If you have a minor rider, BOTH PARENTS must fill out the waiver. 🛑
✅$40 Multi Ride Membership
(Best suited for locals and regulars who ride more frequently than the out of town riders)
✅$8.00 Daily Membership
(Best suited for riders who don’t have the time to ride here on a regular basis)
👉You only have to fill out the contract once every 12 months for both memberships. Both memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable and it does NOT include the practice fee.
⛔️Drones are NOT allowed. Only professionals with insurance and licenses that have been hired by the facility. NO DRONES!⛔️
⚠️All vehicles, including dirt bikes and pit vehicles- please STAY OFF of our new beach area near the GP and Woods Track. ⚠️
😎Please do NOT make turn tracks anywhere on our property especially the PARKING LOTS. Parking lots are NOT meant for recreational dirt bike riding - take it onto the tracks. 😎
‼️Don’t forget your membership card - we will charge you $3 to look up your account! This is to encourage you to bring them and not slow our line down. $5.00 for replacement card.
