🔧 A LITTLE OF WHAT WE’VE BEEN UP TO AT KMX FLEET SOLUTIONS! 🔧

It’s been another busy week between the shop and the road! Here are just a few of the jobs we’ve knocked out lately:

🔹 EGR valve & EGR cooler replacement — Done right on the road to get our customer back up and running.

🔹 Lift gate repair — Got the lift gate repaired on this ice trailer and back to work.

🔹 Another roadside EGR repair — Another EGR cooler and EGR valve replaced without the truck ever having to make it to the shop.

🔹 Transmission nearly falling out 😳 — This unit came in because the transmission was falling out. Once we got underneath it, we found there were only TWO bolts holding the transmission in place. We got it taken care of and secured the way it should be.

🔹 Tandem repair — The tandem pin and holders allowed the tandem to jump out of place. We got everything set back where it belonged and got the trailer back on the road.

🔹 Discharge line & air dryer — Repaired the discharge line and replaced a bad air dryer.

🔹 Transmission replacement — Another transmission replacement completed and another unit back to work. 💪

In honor of Memorial Day, our shop will be CLOSED today as we remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

WHAT’S IN THE SHOP THIS WEEK? 👀🔧

✔️ Drop axle issues diagnosed and repaired after finding a failed drop axle solenoid. Got this unit fixed up and back on the road fast.

✔️ Electrical issues traced back to main harness problems and a bad main power kill switch. Repaired and rolling again.

✔️ Turbo failure currently in the shop getting taken care of.

No matter the issue, our goal stays the same — diagnose it correctly, repair it efficiently, and get you back on the road. 🚛💨

This truck was dropped off this morning with a no-start issue. Our team jumped on it immediately, ran full diagnostics, and found the problem — failed secondary fuel pump.
