Drivers ed
Requirements for schools
1. Must be 15 by first day of class
2 permits required to start class
3. Must attend 15 classes to complete
4 . Must complete 6 drives with instructor 50 hours with parents
5.missed classes and drives must be made up usually with an additional cost
6. Sports don’t trump drivers ed
7.these are the requirements to meet state requirements
8. Once these requirements are met the drivers ed class is complete.
9 the state no longer offers certificates.
10. Students who pass all requirements are entered into the computer and are eligible to take the written and driving test for license and can do so at any school that tests.
These things are not required for individual driving schools
1 a free state drive test for license
2. A free written test
These are decisions made by individual schools and we are not required by the state to offer these
3. Not all schools have testing available.
