🚗 Customer concern: Turn signals not working.

🔍 Diagnosis: Failed turn signal switch.

📦 Solution: Replace the switch.

😐 Small problem... the part has been discontinued and is no longer available anywhere.

Most repair shops would have to tell the customer, "Sorry, we can't get the part."

Not Thom.

Instead, he completely disassembled the switch, repaired the failed components, cleaned and rebuilt the assembly, and put it back into service.

Sometimes fixing cars isn't about replacing parts. It's about understanding how they work, having the patience to take them apart, and the experience to put them back together correctly.

That's the difference between being a parts changer and being a technician. When possible, we repair the impossible.
