During my 10-year tenure, I have held multiple roles, starting at Manheim Statesville as a Vehicle Photographer capturing images to ensure accurate online representation and supporting digital sales.
I transitioned to an Inside Commercial Sales Coordinator managing multiple client accounts, assisting in commercial operations, and building client relationships.
I worked remotely as a Customer Care Specialist
in CRC providing customer support, helping clients resolve concerns and issues efficiently.
In 2022 I transferred to Manheim Charlotte as a Title Clerk and later became the Dealer Service Specialist. Currently in this role supporting dealers, provide solutions, and strengthening partnerships.”

I was then hired full-time as a Title Clerk, where I specialized in resolving title issues and later advanced to Commercial Title Clerk. In March 2015, I moved to Manheim Charlotte as a Title Clerk. My leadership journey began when I was promoted to Office Supervisor, a role I held for five years before becoming Manager at Manheim Charlotte."
