Coast boaters love to brag about fighting the elements. They think because they wash down with fresh water for an hour after every trip, they win the "hardest maintenance" trophy. 🏆
But let's be real—lake boaters are out here dodging submerged tree stumps, sucking up thick mud into their water pumps, and dealing with zebra mussels trying to colonize their intake grates!
The ocean might try to dissolve a boat, but a lake will try to dent it. At RPM Enterprises, we fix the corrosion and damage.

The batteries were only a year old, so the owner was convinced the charger was broken. They brought both the cart and the charger to us, frustrated that their weekend range had been cut exactly in half.

When we tested the charger, it was working perfectly. The actual culprit? Two dead batteries due to corroded connecting cables. The batteries were fighting massive resistance the entire time, draining the battery bank twice as fast.

We replaced the cables and 2 of the batteries, and just like that, their 18-hole range was back. If your electric cart feels sluggish or loses range, remember: it’s not always a charger issue!
