Is there anyone close to this address and can help a disabled friend that broke down a couple of days ago. The issue is battery/alternator related. His cell phone is also now dead. He drives a 2015 Toyota Sienna that is very simular to the photo. His front bumper has damage with duct tape on it. His name is Ozzy, he speaks English as a second language. Spanish is his first. Age is around 60.

Need or maybe just want to hear how anyone else might have handled this situation.

A few days ago I was talking with a motorists that had stopped at the rest area to kill some time before his sons flight arrived. He was sitting with a woman that had got up and walked towards the bathroom. Dude looked to be in his early 40s. I hear myself ask " is that your mom?"
After a few long seconds, he replied " that's my wife".
My God how did he not start choking the life out of me?
