Hope everyone made it through the storm ok! We're here for any hail or storm damage repairs you need to your vehicles. Feel free to swing by and see if an estimate is needed. Hail estimates will have to be scheduled. They can take an hour to get all the pictures and hail circled that insurance will need.
We'll be doing a day of just hail estimates on Wednesday. Our PDR company we use is coming in to help.

Things to know:
>Each insurance company is different. Some still do send out adjusters to write their own estimates. Some will have you take cell phone pictures. (Try to avoid that, but if you do we are used to working with those.) So call your insurance to make sure what is needed first.
>Only one estimate should be needed by the majority of companies.
>You can take your car where you chose for repairs! Insurance may have shops in their system they want you to take them to, but we work for our customer, not insurance companies.
>Hail estimates can take up to an hour. You are more than welcome to wait in our lobby, but is easier if you are able to drop it off for a few hours. We can give rides home or to work if you are located within 5 miles of the shop.

It's looking like deer season! Here's a few tips.

Avoid Swerving!
Some of the worst wrecks come from trying to swerve to miss the deer instead of hitting it. Not just damage to the car, but injury to yourself and passengers.

You get to pick your shop for repairs!
Some insurances say that shops are not in their "DRP" (direct repair programs) or a "Preferred Shop". They'll also throw in that it won't be warrantied if you do take it to the shop of your choice. We warranty our work!

Try to avoid cell phone estimates.
Insurance may try to say they quicken the process. You might receive a payment and an estimate quickly, but they are usually written very low and miss a lot of damage. We can get the car into the shop and started on what was written, but the missed damages can cause a hold up that averages 3 to 5 days waiting for approval from the insurance company.

Feel free to bring your car by the shop for an initial estimate and photos. On average it takes around 10 minutes to get the photos and make notes. (Hail jobs need scheduled, they take a while.) We'll just need your insurance information, a claim number, and an adjusters email/phone number.

We do our best to work for the customer, not the insurance company. Our goal is to make you happy with your repairs and help you through the process.

Full Service Automotive, Inc. in Columbus, KS is looking for a Body Shop Painter's Helper. The helper masks areas that are not included to be painted, preps vehicles and assists with painting bodies and body parts of automotive vehicles.
Responsibilities
• Prep, mask, and tape vehicles for repair.
• Wash vehicles before and after paint has been applied.
• Color-sand, polish, and buff vehicles prior to pre-delivery.
• Utilize paint supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace, completing a stall cleaning every day.
• Perform work with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealer, manufacturer and insurance standards.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Return special tools to proper place.
• Review work completed to ensure quality.
• Communicate with fellow team members as is necessary to meet customer service levels and satisfaction.

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative, clerical, and light janitorial tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include welcoming guests and greeting people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
