Gardner Inc. www.gardnerinc.com In 1944, Jack Finn and Harry Gardner established Gardner, Inc.

as a distributor of
automotive replacement parts in Cincinnati and southwestern Ohio. Shortly after, we
expanded our product line to include small air-cooled engines and parts. Due to the
rapid growth of this division we expanded our product offering to include: Briggs &
Stratton, Kohler, Tecumseh and several OEM parts lines; and miscellaneous service
parts lines. In 1974, John, Michael and James

Finn purchased the common stock of
Gardner, Inc from Jack Finn and they remain the principal owners to this day. Today
Gardner, Inc is one of the largest parts distributors for the Lawn and Garden industry. We currently have distribution centers in Ohio, Massachusetts, and Florida giving
next day delivery to 90% of our customers east of the Mississippi river. We are highly
committed to providing the best services and support needed to a wide range of
customers.
