Customer-Supplied Material Disclaimer
We are happy to work with customer-supplied materials; however, all materials must be inspected and approved by our team prior to installation.
Our staff will educate and inform customers about the expected performance, durability, and longevity of the supplied material based on our experience. Please understand that we cannot guarantee the quality, performance, compatibility, or lifespan of materials purchased from outside suppliers.
If any issues arise during the installation or application process due to defects, age, quality, improper storage, incompatibility, or any other material-related concerns, we will notify the customer immediately. Any such issues are the responsibility of the material supplier and are not covered by our shop.
Customer-supplied materials are installed at the customer’s own risk and are not covered under our warranty policy.
Pricing for installation services varies depending on the size of the project, complexity of the job, condition of the supplied material, and the type of material being used.
