What an incredible United Way of Bartholomew Co Day of Caring at Foundation For Youth! 💙

Our amazing team rolled up their sleeves and spent the day building a brand-new **9 Square in the Air** game for the kids to enjoy and we can already picture the laughter, fun, and memories it will create for years to come!

At Foundation For Youth, spaces and experiences like these matter. They help create opportunities for kids to connect, play, build confidence, and simply enjoy being kids. We are honored to support an organization that does so much for youth in our community.

A huge thank you to everyone who volunteered their time, energy, and teamwork to bring this project to life. Seeing people come together to make a difference is what Day of Caring is all about. 💪

Yesterday, our team had the opportunity to step away from their normal routines and give back through Jackson County United Way of Indiana Day of Caring! 💙

We are proud to roll up our sleeves and support our community by lending a helping hand where it is needed most. Whether it’s completing projects, improving spaces, or simply showing up to serve, we believe that small acts of kindness can make a big impact.

A huge thank you to all of our team members who volunteered their time and energy today. Your willingness to serve reflects the heart of who we are and the difference we can make when we come together. We are grateful to be part of a community that supports one another.

NDI recently had the honor of recognizing 128 employees for achieving perfect attendance during our annual Perfect Attendance Recognition Meals.

These dedicated employees represent an incredible range of commitment, with perfect attendance milestones spanning from 1 year to an outstanding 19 years.

We are extremely grateful for the reliability, dedication, and strong work ethic these employees demonstrate each and every day. Their commitment plays an important role in the continued success of our operations, and we are proud to celebrate their accomplishments.

NDI employees came together on April 22 for the Day of Caring roadside clean-up along International Drive and Highway 58, and the impact was incredible!

Twenty-three volunteers participated in the effort, helping remove approximately 622 pounds of trash and debris from the roadside according to INDOT.

Thank you to all of our volunteers, organizers, and management teams who helped make this event a success. We are proud of our employees for giving back and helping keep our community clean and beautiful.
