Customer brought in 2014. for a rack and pinion replacement. After he had the vehicle back, he alleges and his girlfriend allege. That I caused this damage on the vehicle. As you can see, that is poor auto body. Work done on the specific vehicle. Whoever had it last. The reason why I'm making this post is because we will do inspections before you bring the vehicle in to insure that there are no mishaps or accusations of damage being done with this being said, this vehicle was taken to a local body shop after the fact. And they were informed that the panel had previously been beaten with a hammer and the panel was compromised and caked with alot of body filler. If you are educated on body filler when you lay it on too thick or improper, it'll crack. I know that because I'm a new shop a lot of people always wanna get the best deal. Some sign bad checks others pick up They're vehicles with a secondary key and dont even pay. I think in my opinion that my kindness is mistaken for weakness. And I'm an easy target. I'm gonna be changing the structure of my shop. If you think that because I'm nice that I will give you the cheapest possible deal. And if you think because im nice, I will assume damages that where not done by me you are wrong. We're gonna put an end to this. And will no longer be serving " cheap individuals whom are disrespectful. I like to give everyone a chance and benefit of the doubt but if you were not referred to me by someone as in one of my customers or if you have intentions of wanting the cheapest job done think again and go elsewhere thanks for everyone's time.
