Here's where First Stop Auto is different.

New customer called and stated he needed a new starter based off another mechanics diagnosis. He found me to get a quote on a new starter and I went out to make sure a new starter is what he really needed. It's important I diagnose before replacing parts. And here is why: he didn't need a starter. He had a loose battery cable. Saved him $500. I dont rip off customers. I truly care about the customer and the service I provide. I've been in business over 21 years and nothing is more frustrating than seeing customers scammed by another mechanic. This is also why I emphasize how important it is that I diagnose the problem of your vehicle myself. Taking another persons word whether it's another mechanic, friend, or the customer themselves can lead to unwanted and unnecessary costs and repairs. Its also ok for you to get a second opinion from another mechanic on my diagnosis if you so choose. You go with whoever makes you feel content and satisfied with your auto repair needs. This isnt and shouldn't be a competitive business. Its about making sure the customer gets the auto repair work they need without being scammed or taken advantage of. And that has been my motto from the beginning.

Happy Saturday! Busy day out and about in Katy doing some mobile auto repair jobs. I dont know about yall but I am ready for that first cold front. It can make its way any day now. 🥵😅

If you ever bring your vehicle to my shop which sits on my property, you will meet this crew. These are our kunekune pigs. We moved out here to be self sufficient in regards to our food and these guys and ladies will give us bacon bits in the spring. 🐷
