Due to a traffic accident, Hwy 280 Eastbound at Highland Lakes is currently closed.

Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area and use an alternate route while emergency personnel work to safely clear the scene.

Please drive carefully, follow the directions of law enforcement and first responders, and allow extra travel time.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as crews work to reopen the roadway safely.

We look forward to seeing everyone for National Night Out 2025 hosted by the Shelby County Sheriff's Office.

Come spend the evening with the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office at our annual National Night Out tomorrow night at The Church at Brook Hills!

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign to promote police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie.

Come and meet members of your local first responder community and get the opportunity to meet the Shelby County Sheriff's Office helicopter pilots, K9 teams, drone operators, and much more!

Food trucks and vendors will be onsite! There is no admission fee and plenty of activities for the entire family!

Special thanks to Howard Tire for donating and installing a new set of tires on our band trailer. It was a huge help last night on our first road trip. Thank you for helping us “Roll Shelby”, quite literally. 😉

Today marks 45 years since Howard Tire opened its doors on May 1st, 1980. We’re thankful for every customer who’s trusted us over the years and for the support of our community that’s helped keep us going.

We don’t take it for granted, and we’re proud to still be here doing what we love. Here’s to the road ahead.
