March is Women’s History Month, a time to recognize the incredible women who shape our communities, workplaces, and future.
Today, we proudly feature Aimee Byrley, Chief Financial Officer at Stivers Automotive Group.
Aimee began her career in the automotive industry in 2008 selling MINI Coopers in Charlotte, North Carolina. What started on the sales floor quickly developed into a long-term passion, leading her to take on a variety of roles that gave her a well-rounded understanding of dealership operations and the automotive business as a whole.
Motivated to continue growing professionally, Aimee returned to school to earn her degree in accounting, opening the door to new opportunities in dealership finance. She went on to serve as both a multi-store controller and regional controller, overseeing accounting operations for more than 20 dealerships. Her dedication, leadership, and impact on the industry were recognized in 2020 when she was named to the Automotive News 40 Under 40 list.
In May 2023, Aimee joined Stivers Automotive Group as Chief Financial Officer, where she has already played an instrumental role in helping lead four acquisitions and supporting the continued expansion and success of the organization.
Aimee is passionate about encouraging more women to explore careers in the automotive industry. She hopes her journey demonstrates that with determination, curiosity, and a willingness to learn, there are many paths to leadership in automotive.
Aimee is an important part of what makes Stivers Automotive Group such a strong and forward-thinking organization. We appreciate everything you do and proudly celebrate you this Women’s History Month!
