The staff gave me very straightforward answers on what was the status of my vehicle (I drive a 2009 VW) And didn’t try to sell me anything unnecessary (like how the VW dealerships do). You can tell they really care about their customer base. They even shampooed and cleaned the inside of my car, washed the outside too!!! A pleasant surprise. Will be using them again!"
