It is with great pride that we announce the promotion of Kenneth Warren to District Manager at Jiffy L**e!
Kenneth's journey is a true example of what dedication, leadership, and hard work can achieve. He joined Jiffy L**e in June 2020 as a Customer Service Advisor, bringing with him a strong work ethic and a passion for serving both customers and teammates. Just six months later, he was promoted to Assistant General Manager, and only three months after that, he earned another promotion to General Manager of his first service center.
Over the past several years, Kenneth has become one of the most trusted leaders in the Tidewater market. He has successfully led five different service centers, each one presenting unique challenges and opportunities. Time and again, Kenneth has been called upon to bring stability, build strong teams, develop future leaders, and elevate the customer experience. Through his leadership, every location he has managed has experienced a positive turnaround, creating stronger teams, improved performance, and a culture focused on delivering exceptional service.
Kenneth leads with integrity, accountability, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed. His ability to inspire people, embrace challenges, and consistently deliver results has made him an invaluable leader within our organization.
As he steps into his new role as District Manager, Kenneth will now have the opportunity to impact an even greater number of team members and service centers.
