Daniel Sawyer’s dedication, resilience and teamwork have earned him the title of August Service, Safety and Performance Winner for the East Market.

For Daniel, service, safety and performance are part of how he approaches every day at Store 1458.

He makes sure his team has the proper equipment and training to work safely, takes the time to educate customers, and provides consistent coaching to help his team grow. Even while rebuilding his store team, he has remained focused on delivering strong results and is always willing to step in and support his peers.

Nicholas began his automotive service career in 2011 as a technician and quickly demonstrated the leadership, work ethic, and commitment that would define his career. After earning a promotion to Store Manager within his first year, he continued to build his experience through various leadership roles across the industry.

In 2016, Nicholas joined Jiffy L**e as an Assistant Manager and continued to grow his experience through several management and operational roles. He later provided valuable support across multiple locations before becoming General Manager of one of the company's highest-volume stores. For the past two years, Nicholas has successfully managed the store with dedication, consistency, and a strong focus on delivering outstanding results.

Outside of work, Nicholas is devoted to his family and enjoys helping others, visiting amusement parks, learning new languages, and gaming when time permits. He is driven by a philosophy of extreme ownership, continuous improvement, and giving his best effort in everything he does.

It is with great pleasure that we announce the promotion of Ed Felter to the role of District Manager.

Ed started his Jiffy L**e career in 1999, he worked his way up from supervisor all the way to General Manager. He has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to supporting both his teams and our customers. Throughout his tenure, he has shown a dedication to developing talent, driving results, and fostering a positive culture across our stores. These qualities have earned the respect of his peers and positioned him well for this next step in his career.

Ed enjoys spending time with his kids, mountain biking, fishing, camping, and car shows.
