Twin cam had some work done elsewhere and had an oil leak. Someone forgot the lower pushrod o ring. The only way to replace that is to pull the tank, pull the rockers and remove the pushrod. Hours of work, plus new gaskets for an easily missed mistake. But we had all gaskets in stock and back on the road.
You can see at the base of the pushrod tube the inner is sitting much lower.

2014 Harley Davidson Fatboy. Customer has been having intermittent ABS issues with this since he purchased the bike . We scanned for codes and it had a C1027 which is an intermittent signal from the rear wheel speed sensor. We inspected the sensor and noticed the wire was not ran properly at the previous tire change and found the wire was rubbing on the brake rotor. We approved replacing the sensor with the customer and later found someone previously had issues with the sensor and wrapped it up in electrical tape.
Either way, the problem is solved now!

Wire nuts do not belong on a motorcycle, ever. Please don’t.

2020 Streetglide came in with a check engine light and intermittent loss of dash power. It had 21 DTC’s stored in it. We pulled the fairing, pulled the factory installed sheeting on the main harness, but have yet to find the issue. But tomorrow we dig more. We found one spot in the harness where we could touch it, loose power, then let go and gain power. So we believe we’ve at least found the area. But there’s zero signs of rubbed wires, pinched wires, smashed wires etc.

The potholes in this state are CRAZY! And bent wheels are something we see every day.
This 2025 Roadglide found a pothole and bent both sides of the wheel. We were able to get the wheel covered by the customers insurance and back on the road like new again with all factory OEM Harley parts.
If you’ve had an accident or just bent wheels, we have you covered! Make a claim with your insurance company and we’ll handle the rest.
