Getting the Most Out of Your Columbia Car Wash Visit! 🚗✨

☀️ We want to make sure your experience at Columbia Car Wash is as smooth and sparkling as possible.

To help our team give you the ultimate showroom finish, please run through this quick Pre-Wash Checklist before you pull up to the yellow sign:

1️⃣ Seal It Up! 🔒
It’s a gorgeous day for windows down, but don't forget to close all windows and sunroofs tight before entering the wash. We want the water on the outside, not on your seats!

2️⃣ Clear the Bed! 🛻
For our truck drivers, please ensure your truck beds are completely empty of debris, tools, or loose items. This keeps your vehicle safe and our equipment running perfectly.

3️⃣ Clear the Clutter! 🗑️
Please remove all trash and personal items from your car before your visit.
Why? We have a "No-Toss" policy. We don't throw anything away because we never want to accidentally discard something you might actually need!

4️⃣ Safety First! 🛠️
Double-check that any non-factory accessories (like bike racks or loose trim) are secure or removed.

Just making sure our Columbia Car Wash customers have seen the update! 👀

Beginning Monday, August 31, our new prices will be in effect.

We know you have choices when it comes to where you wash your vehicle, and we are incredibly grateful that you choose Columbia Car Wash. ❤️

This change comes after carefully considering the rising costs of chemicals, supplies, and water rates. It wasn’t an easy decision, and we’ve worked hard to keep our new pricing as reasonable as possible.

This decision was not made lightly.

We understand that you work hard for your money. We understand that every dollar matters, and we know that an increase in the price of something you regularly use can be frustrating.

We’ve spent a lot of time trying to avoid this change, but with the continued increase in the cost of chemicals, supplies, and water rates, we’ve reached a point where an adjustment is necessary.

We’ve done our best to keep the increase as reasonable as possible while continuing to provide the quality service and personal care you expect when you bring your vehicle to us.

🚗🫧 NEVER BEEN TO COLUMBIA CAR WASH? HERE’S EXACTLY WHAT TO EXPECT! 🫧🚗

We’ve had several people tell us they haven’t stopped by because they weren’t sure what to do when they get here. So, we’re making it easy! ❤️

The good news: YOU DO NOT NEED AN APPOINTMENT! 🙌

Our full-service wash takes approximately 10–15 minutes, so you’ll remain onsite while we take care of your vehicle. We do all the work for you so that you don't have to lift a finger!

🧼 HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

1️⃣ Pull into our parking lot.
Follow the two lanes along the right side of the property, next to the fence, toward the back. This is where you’ll find our vacuums and menu.

2️⃣ Stay in your vehicle.
Continue following the lanes until you reach the STOP sign.

3️⃣ At the STOP sign, exit your vehicle.
Leave your key/key fob inside the vehicle and make sure all windows are rolled up. At this time we ask you to remove any trash or personal belongings. We DO NOT throw away your trash to eliminate possibly throwing away something important to you.

4️⃣ One of our attendants will take your order.
Our menu will show you the different packages we offer and what is included with each one. 🧽

5️⃣ Take your yellow ticket to the cashier.
Head toward the fence near our prep area and enter through the GREEN DOOR. The hallway will take you directly to the cashier.

6️⃣ Once you’ve paid, relax!
You can wait comfortably on our deck while we take care of your vehicle.

✨ THEN WE GET TO WORK!

Our team will:
🧹 Vacuum and clean the inside, including cupholders
🧼 Prep your vehicle
🚗 Send it through our wash tunnel
✨ Apply the the finishing touches out front
🪟 Clean the windows
✨ Apply Armor All to the dash and tires
🧽 Wipe down the outside of the vehicle, including door jambs

When your vehicle is finished, someone will yell: “CAR IS READY!”

And that's it! You're ready to go! 🚗 Please check to see that your vehicle is up to standard before leaving. We will be happy to address and fix any issues before you leave.

✔️ Plan to stay onsite while your vehicle is being serviced.
✔️ Our typical service time is approximately 10–15 minutes.
