Just another protectant package I did! So apparently I’m am now the go to guy for protection pages one I’m the only one who knows how to apply it besides my manager but he is way to busy so falls to me!! Haha I should ask for a pay increase since I have a skill that’s in demand and I’m the only other one who can do them! 😂🤣 I do think the more skills and knowledge of detailing you have is what should be the scale of pay not how many years you have been there.
