That's a wrap on September! 🍁

Looking back: a great Labor Day weekend, two beautifully kept Spaces of the Month, and a picnic area full of neighbors at the BBQ Block Party.

And a warm welcome to all of our new residents who joined us this month. We're really glad you're here. 🏡

To everyone who's been here a while — thank you for making RCME feel like home. That reputation isn't something management creates. It's something you build, one neighbor at a time.

See you in October. 🎃

Three more housekeeping notes 📋

🌳 Park trees: There are to be no items on the park's trees. Please remove flags, flag poles, banners, lights, plants, and décor.

🐱 Please don't feed the strays. We know the intent is kind — but the growing feral cat population is causing real problems at other residents' spaces. Please don't leave food out.

📐 Plot plans: Planning a change to your home or space? Get a plot plan approved by the office before the work starts. Much easier conversation on the front end than after something's already built.

Thanks for working with us on these. 🙏

A few friendly reminders as we head toward October 🍂

🐾 Pets: Always pick up after your dog — on walks and from your space daily. Pets shouldn't be outside unleashed or unattended. Make sure the office has a current dog license and vaccination records on file, and remember that dogs must be park approved before coming into the park.

🚗 Guest parking: Grab a parking pass for your guest from the office. Residents may not use guest parking spaces without prior permission.

👥 Guests: Residents are responsible for their guests at all times and must accompany them throughout the park.

Questions on any of it? Call or email the office — we're more than happy to help.

THANK YOU, RECHE CANYON! 🎉

What a turnout on Saturday. Thank you to everyone who came out to the BBQ Block Party, and a huge thank you to Kwikbit Internet for hosting and feeding the whole park.

Great food, great games, and a lot of neighbors meeting each other for the first time. That's exactly what we were hoping for.

👏 SPACES OF THE MONTH 👏

Congratulations to:

🏡 Mobile Home #36 🚐 RV #32

Both spaces looked outstanding this month, and it absolutely shows. Come by the office to pick up your gift card!

Everyone else — take a walk past #36 and #32 this week for some inspiration. A well-kept space lifts the whole street, and our residents prove it over and over.

Happy Labor Day from all of us at Reche Canyon Mobile Estates! 🇺🇸

Today we're recognizing the people who keep everything running — the builders, the nurses, the drivers, the cooks, the tradespeople. A lot of them are our neighbors right here in the park.

The office is closed today and reopens Tuesday.

Enjoy the day off. 🎉
