CDL Certifiers is looking for a CDL Class A trainer and. Candidate must have a CDL class A for at least 3 years passenger and school bus is a plus but not required. Training experience is not required, we can train you .Must be able to pass a drug, alcohol test, and have a clean background. Be able to keep track of training schedules, input student data and work with students. 32 Hour work week Monday thru Thursday, Fridays are testing days. Email resume to [email protected]
Duties:
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and employee progress.
Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and relevant to current practices within the organization.
Requirements
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with calendar management to schedule training sessions efficiently.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills.
