R&I is the part most people never see.
Before a dent can be worked from the inside, the trim, lights, and panels in the way have to come off. Then they have to go back on the same way they came off. Clips, connectors, and alignment all have to match. Rush that step and a good repair still looks unfinished.
That is why the vehicle stays in the shop while it is opened up. Nothing sits in a lot waiting to be put back together. The tech who takes it apart is working the same job through reassembly.

Not every hail dent can be pushed from behind the panel. Braced sections often have no room for a rod. That is when our techs use glue pulling.
A glue tab is bonded to the center of the dent. The lifter applies controlled pressure and lifts the metal back toward its original shape. High spots get tapped down. The glue comes off clean. Factory paint stays on the car.

A hail dent in a door is not a tap-and-go job.
The metal is thin. Behind it is the window track, wiring, speaker, and the inner structure. If you rush it, you can leave a ripple you will see every time the sun hits the panel.
Our techs work the dent from the backside with the right rods, then finish the high spots with knockdown so the line comes back straight. When a brace is in the way, they switch to a glue pull instead of forcing a tool where it does not belong.
