Brett brought us his Landrover to respray after he got a “good” deal on a plastic dipped camo paint job. Started peeling and flaking everywhere after about a week so we had to completely sand everything off and prep it for a new paint job . We went with a simple satin black finish which made it very classy and elegant . In the end I must say friends don’t let friends do this to your ride !

I would have loved to keep this one but it got away lol. Carlos , the original owner, was headed to work early in the morning and was struck by a deer on the highway . God was definitely with him as you can see how the deer came through the windshield and peeled back the roof . I took it off his hands and began the long process of repairing it . In the end I think it turned out pretty nice . Health issues kept me from holding on to it and had to let it go . Had it sold in less than a day . Rumor has it that it’s in Mexico now . We 2 toned it and completely redid the the upholstery with new seats, suede headliner and new carpet . Super simple interior but clean especially after deer guts completely covered everything inside . Carlos did keep the antlers after the deer was removed from the car .

Going back to 6 days a week with the continuing work coming in. Still holding off on bringing in hail jobs till hail season is over so in the next month I will start scheduling those jobs . In the meantime I’ll continue to share some of the cool projects where getting moved out .

Been a very long while as usual to posting new jobs but here’s one we got done last year after we received the car and a bunch of parts from another shop to finish . We have several other projects in the works that will hopefully be heading out as well . We’ve been super busy just doing mainly insurance jobs but occasionally love to fit in custom jobs . To all my friends ,family and customers. I know you are all wanting to get your cars to me for your hail damage repairs but it’s still best to wait because here we are in August and just had this a few minutes ago in my Old Farm neighborhood. In about 2 weeks I will start scheduling the many of those that have waited. Thank you again to those that have continued to support my shop and have your cars repaired locally versus going to the big chain repair facilities.

Stephanie brought her AMG Mercedes for some “easy” front end repair. We blacked out the grill and recleared the headlights so they didn’t have to be replaced . I also talked her into leaving those hideous stick on hood scoops after I painted everything.

Lexi brought us her IS300 for a “scuff and shoot “ but we ended up doing a full tear down and and complete paint job . She was able to make it to this past SLUSH event to show her car and got a ton of positive feedback . Next we’ll be doing the interior with suede and finish it up . Lexi and Dustin also helped in finishing the project . We did some custom vents in the fenders cut,welded and molded . She had some aftermarket fiberglass fenders that were similar but were junk so I made her send them back. Again , anything that says duraflex brand stay away from. I don’t know of anyone that has had good luck with any “durajunk” products. Looking forward to taking on your new IS300 drift car project. Thanks Lexi ! Also wanted to mention thank you to Sam who helped on this project before he decided to leave me and go back to the corporate world of banking !
