COVID-19 Update: In response to growing concerns about the spread of COVID-19, we want to provide an update on the steps we’ve taken at Your Import Car Doctor to provide a safe environment for both our customers and employees.
We are utilizing recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, as well as local public health laws to guide our prevention steps and create a safe environment for our customers.
We have increased the frequency of our daily cleaning regime. In addition to constant cleaning throughout the day, we have also implemented an extreme focus on deep cleaning after hours.
Our Service Department will continue to utilize protective measures while working on your vehicle. Some of these measures include the use of protective coverings, disposable gloves and frequently wiping down of commonly touched surfaces. Additionally, all loaner vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each customer's use.
