KTM DESIGN FLAW!!! WHAT THE!!!! 😳😳😳

This was a non running 1998 KTM 200EXC auction bike....well it would start and barely idle but not rev at all. After diagnosing and testing all the electrical components....of course it had to be the most expensive part...with a new CDI, fresh top end, rebuilt carburetor, rebuilt power valve and a bunch of other parts and pieces....this baby is now a ripper!!

Victor's KLX250S was in need of some serious TLC!!!

Started out as a twisted up wreck and turned it into a really nice dual sport. This machine now rides as good as it looks! The BEFORE picture with the twisted subframe, bent bars and missing parts is how it showed up....the after picture is how it rolled out!!!

Resoration of a clapped out 1998 Honda CR250R. This bike went from pile of scrap to a screamer! Full on frame off rebuild, every part inspected and rebuilt or repaired. Check out the EVO Gray powdercoating we did on some of the engine covers...really looks good and is crazy durable. This was a fun project!
