Looking into making intakes for the 4.2L N/A XJ and S-Type.

If demand is there, I can start making them very soon.

I would just need a test mule here in the US who could test fit and send back measurements for me.

Obviously, said mule will receive a free intake.

A custom 3” exhaust will likely be necessary but they do line up with my current H-Pipe 😈

Mini-Cat Defoulers are doing their job making sure there’s no check engine lights.

Video attached is of open downpipes. I only revved to 2500rpm because I don’t wanna p**s off my neighbors this late at night. 😅

This project was a complete success. Now we get the exhaust buttoned up and get this thing on the dyno 😈

3” Catless Downpipes for 4.2L XJR/STR…

I’m so stoked these are finally done. 🤩

-304 Stainless steel

-Auxiliary O2 b**g for wideband/EGR

Unfortunately we had to change the fl**ge design because the thick fl**ges I originally had planned created fitment issues with the stock exhaust manifolds.

We opted for an OEM style nickson spherical fl**ge to ensure proper fitment.

I’ll be installing these after this weekend hopefully after we finish moving into our new house.

Hella excited!

Once testing is done I will have these available for custom ordering. 😁

The test fitting went well! Just a couple of small revisions and we should have these downpipes ready to go! Very slight...

The test fitting went well! Just a couple of small revisions and we should have these downpipes ready to go!

Very slight alignment and O2 b**g placement adjustments to be made and we should be golden! The spherical flared fl**ges need to be ground down a tad so our monster sized fl**ge can clear the studs but otherwise we’re looking good!

The goal is to make these easily installable with OEM like fitment and we’re most of the way there!

If all goes well, we should have these completed by tomorrow evening!
