We added a Derale power steering cooler to help with a hot fluid issue on a Holley mid-mount drive on an LS3. There was a perfect little spot behind the bumper of this '77 Monte Carlo with great airflow potential so we made a nice mounting bracket and rerouted the hoses to the Borgeson steering box. The result was a significant drop in fluid temps for cooler, more reliable performance!

At some point someone tried to lift the Superbird at the splash shield behind the front right tire, crushing it and deforming part of the inner rocker. We replaced the 2 piece splash shield and fixed the rocker where it had begun to separate. To help the unibody handle the power of the Hellcat we added some USCT Motorsports subframe connectors. They are tacked in place here but will be fully welded when complete.

Working on a fuel system update for the '70 Chevelle project. There was already an Aeromotive Fuel Systems EFI tank in the car with an existing baffles built in. So we made a minor modification to the opening and was able to fit a dual 340 LPH pump configuration inside. Next we'll be laying out the lines heading to the front of the car to supply the Procharged 421 LS.
