The marine mechanic position will be a key service personnel for The Right Shop. This mechanic will be responsible for maintaining and repairing marine motors for customer and dealer units, in a professional and timely manner that represents The Right Shop. We service a wide range of marine needs including, outboards, personal watercraft, gas/diesel marine inboard engines, trailers, winches and much more.

The successful candidate will be able to:

• Test, inspect, investigate, and diagnose mechanical and electrical failures.
• Perform routine maintenance on all types of marine vehicles and trailers.
• Perform safety inspection and recommend services.

Qualification Requirements:
• Excellent knowledge of marine motor mechanics
• Must have your own tools
• At least one year of experience as a Marine Mechanic
• Able to interpret complex instructions and/or specification
• Knowledge and practice of shop safety procedures
• Detail-oriented while maintaining high productivity

Working Conditions
• Shop environment requires kneeling, bending, climbing, twisting, and lifting heavy objects.
• May be required to work more than 40 hours

The mechanic position will be a key service personnel for The Right Shop. This mechanic will be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles ranging from cars to light duty diesel as well as fleet services.

The successful candidate will be able to:

Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with The Right Shop and NAPA standards
Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment

Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning
Qualification Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of vehicle mechanics
Must have your own tools
At least one year of experience as a Mechanic
Able to interpret complex instructions and/or specification
Knowledge and practice of shop safety procedures
Detail-oriented while maintaining high productivity
Diesel experience preferred but not required.

Working Conditions
Shop environment requires kneeling, bending, climbing, twisting, and lifting heavy objects.
May be required to work more than 40 hours

Pay based on experience level.
