Responsibilities:
🔹 Provide attentive, upbeat service to our valued customers
🔹 Greet customers & answer phone calls professionally
🔹 Assist with tire sales & automotive service inquiries
🔹 Schedule services, complete invoices & process payments
🔹 Receive inventory & assist with technician training
🔹 Help in the shop when needed

Qualifications:
✔ High school diploma or equivalent
✔ Valid driver’s license & good driving record
✔ Previous customer service experience is a plus
✔ Strong communication & problem-solving skills
✔ Detail-oriented with a positive, team-first attitude
