Today in the shop with TJ. The big 200 is getting a huge electrical boost with an absolute unit of a battery from Dakota Lithium Batteries and a 2,000w inverter from REDARC Electronics . Everything will be integrated into the Air Down Gear Up drawer system. Big car. Big power. Big tires. Big everything!

Wheel Wednesday! Dissent has a tire machine now. 🫢 Being able to mount and balance tires in house helps bring down costs and enhance quality control. Follow along as practices his mount and dismount. 😂

We're all pretty excited for this build! It's our first Incognito Gray GX550 and first with 3.2 Factory Race Series internal bypass shocks and springs. killing it with their new Squadron 2.0 lights. Of course we slapped on some portals and the usual top-shelf accessories from .winch , , , , , , and Full walk around coming soon but for now, check out this flex. 😁

Back in 2023 we ran Fordyce Trail with some friends. Ben was testing out our new Extreme Clearance Bumpers for the 80 Series. We made it halfway through the trail before another rig had mechanical issues but it was a fun day and a long night limping the other rig back to pavement. Old brittle mechanical cooling fans don't like deep water crossings. 🤭

Brian Lutz (Lutz Auto) stopped by the shop recently to install his new speedometer correction device on a customer's LC200 sporting portals and 40" tires. The speedometer was off by about 15mph due to the massive tires. The Lutz Auto speedometer calibrator was installed and now we won't have to sweat the popo. 😁 This is something we will have available for many of our custom builds. You can also purchase the devices on the Lutz website and install it yourself or have your favorite shop do it.
