As temperatures change with the seasons, it can have an impact on your vehicle - including your tire pressure..

Higher temperatures = higher pressure and overinflation
Lower temperatures = lower pressure and underinflation

Monitor regularly: Frequent temperature changes can cause pressure to fluctuate, so check your tire pressure at least once a month during colder months. Also, know colder temps can cause your TPMS light to come on. As the tire warms up under normal driving conditions, the light may turn OFF. If the TPMS light stays ON, check the tire pressure (when tires are cold) and inflate the tire to the proper pressure indicated on the door placard. We are here for further support if the light stays on.

Tire maintenance: Call us to schedule regular tire rotations, wheel balancing, and vehicle alignments. These services help prevent uneven wear and keep your tire pressure more stable over time.

CARS is a sponsor of the Su***de Awareness Walk at the Mercer County Fairgrounds on Saturday, September 12.

September is recognized as Su***de Prevention Month and is a time to raise awareness, spread hope, and spark meaningful action.

We have tremendous area organizations such as ASSURE and the Mercer County Civic Foundation who have a goal to ensure that individuals, friends, and families have access to the tools, resources, and support they need to talk openly about prevention, recognize warning signs, and seek help.
