Kibby on the Lot

“Find a car you like, and I’ll buy it for you.” ❤️🚙

That was the promise Gary made to Susan… and apparently Susan understood the assignment! 😂

It didn’t take long for them to fall in love with this beautiful 2027 GMC Acadia, and I had the pleasure of helping make it theirs!

Gary and Susan were absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish, and these are the deliveries that make me love what I do.

Thank you both for trusting Kibby and the Royal team to take care of you!

Congratulations on the new Acadia, Susan! 🎉

Welcome to the Royal Family! 👑❤️

BACK-TO-BACK QUARTERLY HERO! 🏆🏆

Second quarter in a row receiving the Quarterly Hero Award, and I’m incredibly thankful.

Maybe there’s a little luck involved 😂… but more than anything, I’m just happy knowing that I’m doing my job well, helping people, and making a difference.

Recognition is never the reason I put in the work—but damn, it feels good to know that the effort, the extra hours, and the willingness to go beyond what’s expected doesn’t go unnoticed.

I’m incredibly thankful to work for a company that makes its employees feel seen, appreciated, and valued.

Two quarters. Two Quarterly Hero Awards.

Guess I better keep doing what I’m doing. 😂🏆

Proud to be part of the Royal family. 👑❤️

Congratulations to Mr. Bellmore on his 2016 Ford Escape! 🚙🎉

Another happy customer rolling off the lot with a new-to-him ride! Thank you for trusting Kibby and the Royal team to take care of you.

Enjoy the Escape, enjoy the miles ahead, and most importantly…

This is the kind of delivery I absolutely LOVE being a part of! ❤️🚗

Reagan is working her way through nursing school, working part-time, and doing everything she can to build her future. There was just one little hiccup…

She was sharing a car with Mom! 😂

Good thing she came to see Kibby!

With some help from the Royal team—and a little assist from Mom and Dad—we got Reagan behind the wheel of this beautiful 2020 Chevy Equinox! And she absolutely loved EVERYTHING about it! 🙌

Congratulations, Reagan! 🎉 I’m glad I got to play a small part in such an exciting chapter. Best of luck with nursing school, work, and everything ahead of you!

Sometimes you just gotta LISTEN TO YOUR UNCLE! 😂👏

Alicia received some wise words:

“Better trade that thing in before it hits 150,000 miles…”

So, in the middle of getting a new driver’s license, renewing her tags, and letting those words of wisdom marinate… Alicia decided it was time. 😂

She made her way to Royal Chevrolet, and with a little help from Kibby and the Royal team, she traced in her equinox, and drove away in a beautiful 2023 GMC Acadia! 🔥🚙

Congratulations, Alicia! And way to take your uncle’s advice VERY seriously! 😂

Enjoy the new ride and welcome to the Royal Family! 👑

Asked ChatGPT what Kibby would look like in the Fast & Furious franchise…

I’d say they pretty much nailed it. 😂🔥🏎️

Because here at Royal, we don’t just have great prices and a great selection…

We have something even more important.

FAMILY. 🤝😂

Now THAT is some dedication! 🚗💨

Nathan made the trip all the way from Petoskey to come see Kibby and pick up this 2007 Honda CR-V!

He couldn’t believe how well-maintained this CR-V was, and we made sure his experience was just as good — quick, easy, and efficient!

Thank you for making the trip and trusting us to take care of you, Nathan!

Welcome to the Royal Family! 👑

Enjoy the CR-V and safe travels home, my friend! 🙌

HERO OF THE WEEK — ROUND TWO! 🏆

I’m incredibly honored to receive Hero of the Week for the second time since joining the dealership.

This recognition is given to people who go beyond their normal job duties—not because they’re expected to, but because they genuinely want to give their all and help wherever they can.

That means a lot to me.

I’ve always believed that how you do anything is how you do everything. Show up, work hard, and help people however I can.

Awards aren’t why I put in the work, but it sure feels good knowing that the work doesn’t go unnoticed.

I absolutely love the culture here, and I’m proud to be part of the Royal team. 👑

Two Hero Awards and counting. Just gonna keep showing up and doing what I do. 💪

Cindy came in with a bit of a predicament…

She LOVED her Buick Encore, but unfortunately, an accident in a parking lot left her in dismay and with a repair bill that outweighed the value of the vehicle.

Then she spotted this orange 2024 Chevy Trax… 🧡🔥

And that was pretty much game over. 😂

She had to have it!

Cindy came to see Kibby, we made it happen, and she drove off the lot in exactly the vehicle she wanted. 🚙💨

Thank you for trusting me to take care of you, Cindy! Enjoy that beautiful Trax and all the happy miles ahead!
