Do you have to use the insurance companies “preferred shop”? No, per New York State Insurance Law, a customer has the right to take their vehicle to any shop of their choosing. Furthermore, the insurance company cannot steer the customer to their preferred / direct repair shop.

Give us a call if you have any questions (585) 455-9359. We can assist you through the claim process with any insurance company. We are not a “preferred shop” because we work for you, not the insurance company!
