Our hearts are absolutely breaking for everyone impacted by the Spokane wildfires. 💔
Seeing over 600 structures lost and tens of thousands of families displaced is devastating. So many people have lost their homes, their sense of safety, and their community all at once. It's overwhelming to process.
If you're displaced, evacuated, or just feeling the weight of all this — please know you're not alone. There are resources available right now for those who need them, and we wanted to make sure you know where to turn.
📍 Call 211 for housing, food, and local assistance
📍 The Salvation Army at 222 E Indiana Ave is providing food, water, and essential supplies
📍 Partners Inland Northwest (10814 E.) has free groceries, clothing, and diapers
📍 The Garland Theater (924 W.) is distributing diapers, food, toiletries, clothing, and pet supplies
📍 Project Beauty Share is collecting new, unopened hygiene items
And honestly — even if you don't need any of that right now, sometimes what helps most is just a friendly face, a text checking in, or someone to sit with. We're here for you. Whatever that looks like.
To the firefighters, first responders, and everyone working around the clock — thank you doesn't feel like enough.
Spokane, we love you. We're holding space for you. 🧡
