More than 25 years ago, I had the privilege of meeting the incredible Edmund family. Through the years, I have watched them lead with honesty, serve their customers with excellence, and build a reputation that has become one of the most respected in our community.
Today, it is an incredible honor for the Urban Prime family to be selected as the Preferred Caterer for the beautiful new Mike Erdman Cadillac dealership in Cocoa.
We are truly grateful to Mike Erdman and his outstanding team for placing their trust in us. A special thank you to Greg Kyzer and Jay Manley for the warm welcome and the wonderful tour of this spectacular new dealership. It is easy to see why so many team members have dedicated decades of their careers to the Erdman family—their culture is built on respect, loyalty, and genuine care for both employees and customers.
