I finally have a dedicated area for prototyping new products. Here is the start of an upcoming Narrow Crown Vic front crossmember design. This plate has two 90* bends allowing it to sit flat on top of the frame rail while hugging the outside of the frame rails.

This will allow for more area between the frame rails for Coyote and Big Block engines without sacrificing any strength... along with easing installation... good things coming!

No time to wait on steel parts to be water-jet cut for initial fitment. Last evening i kicked off these prints before going to sleep and today i assembled them... test fit coming soon. Always looking for ways to catch up... and if I can have my printers working while I sleep, i may start catching up on new products.

Hey Dave here are a few pic's of my CV installed, I've got 500 miles on it now with no problems, drives great. When I went to have the front end aligned after install all they did was a toe in adjustment they said everything else was perfect,That's a good job on your part. My tire and wheel size, Wheels are 17" X 8.5" Salt Flats with 4.5" backspace, Tires are 225/ 60 !7 BFGs they will slightly rub at top of wheel well opening sometimes depending on how steep driveway is and turned hard right or left. I included a pic of sway bar clearance and I think tire width could not be much wider. FYI I am running a Volvo power steering pump and would like to update steer rack to electric some day if there is one narrow enough, also thinking about replacing rear axle with IRS someday this would make it perfect. Feel free to use my pictures and info if you like.

Monday we leave for SEMA in Las Vegas... call me if you're there... Also, if you have a product idea you'd like me to research - brake options, suspension options, new products, just let me know and I can check it out for you... I can't believe I'm looking forward to going to Vegas to relax... I will only be walking and working 10-12 hours / day... after these last couple of months that will feel like a vacation. I can't spend time on this... but, the pics turned out pretty good... I'm trying to get more efficient with product packaging... anyway, here's a couple of pics for the base and complete suspension packages.

All good in Cocoa Beach FL... we dodged a bad storm... Dorian gave us some 60 mph winds, but nothing like the 110mph winds about 100 miles into the ocean. Very thankful!

I appreciate all the calls / texts / msgs checking in on us. Back to work on Thursday and hopefully FedEx is back to shipping on Friday.
