Also takes your main employee 2-3 hrs to make just a few blocks that isn’t completely accurate and will have to do again in the very near future! Ladies and gentlemen, I have before you the very first RDI Radius Modular Sanding System!!!

These first production sets are hand-finished and individually measured to precise specifications, with each radius produced to the geometry I originally designed and promised.

The first run will ship without engraved size markings so I can get them into professionals’ hands without delaying production. Engraved radius identification is planned for future production runs.

And because these first customers are supporting RDI from the very beginning, anyone who purchases one of these first-run systems will receive special discounted pricing on the future larger-radius expansion kit.

After the interest we’ve received and several people asking about pre-sale pricing, we’ve decided to open a limited Early Access introductory price for the first production run of the RDI Radius Modular Sanding System.

Early Access: $350
Planned Retail: $500

This will be limited to the first 10–20 complete 12-block sets only.

These are the full systems — both widths, all three lengths, all four radii, and the RDI EVA storage case.

This isn’t a stripped-down introductory kit. It’s the complete RDI Radius Modular Sanding System at a one-time early-access price for the professionals willing to support RDI from the beginning.

So we were planning on launching middle of next month. But I’m a new company just starting out, so I’m not priority 1 with any manufacturer. We got pushed back for an expedited, emergency order from a long time customer from my manufacturer. This happens and I respect it as I’m just a new company and not established like the company before me. With that being said, we have to push the full launch date. I will keep everyone updated along this journey and I appreciate all of you that are following along!

Ladies and gentlemen… it’s finally happening!

The first production run of the Radius Modular Sanding System and our custom RDI cases is officially here!

The remaining 1/4” blocks are currently being finished and will complete the full Radius Modular Sanding System in just a few weeks.

We are officially in our first production launch, and we’re getting very close to a full release! 🚀

Quick update on the RDI Radius Modular Sanding System 👀

Big progress this week — and getting close to the first batch.

The first shop I worked with wasn’t able to produce the product at the level I want to bring to you. That said, they helped a lot in getting me pointed in the right direction, and I appreciate that.

I’m not rushing this — I’m building something I’m proud of, and something you’ll be proud to use.

Now working with a new shop to dial in the machining process and lock in consistency for production. Packaging is also coming together for the first run.

First batch coming soon.
