In regards to my post about George's Music Berwyn, they have good techs and you can trust their repair services. This was an isolated incident and there are no chances of that happening again. Regardless of my want to warn people about things like this, and how it makes me see red, its not the way to go about it. My apologies for reacting poorly and making anyone mistrust a fine store.
