📍 553 Auto Body & Collision | Clymer, PA
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable person to join our team as a Full-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR).
💰 PAY & BENEFITS
$15–$18 per hour based on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
☎️ Answer phones and assist customers
👋 Greet customers and manage the front desk
📅 Schedule estimates and vehicle drop-offs
✅ Confirm customer appointments
📋 Prepare customer and insurance paperwork
🚗 Coordinate rental vehicles
💻 Maintain repair files and perform general office duties
🤝 Work closely with our Estimator, Operations Manager, and Production Manager
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• 1+ year of customer service, front-desk, or administrative experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Friendly and professional personality
• Microsoft Office experience
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Dependable and detail-oriented
• Willingness to learn our collision-repair software and processes
Automotive experience is helpful, but not required.
We're looking for someone who wants to become an important part of the 553 Auto Body & Collision team and help us provide a great experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
