GM's 60 degree v6s ( 2.8L, 3.1L, 3.4L, 3.5L, 3.9L) great little motors but they tend get leaking head gaskets and intake gaskets. The heads seep coolant slowly till they overheat and the intake gaskets get weak and lose vacuum which causes misfires and rough idle. The one pictured is a blown head gasket which can be catastrophic.
