Stop by the Carlton Downtown Trick or Treat event on Saturday and say hi. No tricks but we will have lots of treats and some equipment on display for all the little ones. Thanks in advance to the Carlton Chamber for organizing this fun well attended event.

We had a blast last night at Transportation Night 2023. Lots of good folks stopped by to shake hands and say hi.

Hanging a swing off the hook of our 35 ton heavy wrecker was a big hit with the kiddos.

I would like to officially announce that I have sold Cars Towing Paul Thelen and his stepson Travis Reimer are the new owners. Paul is originally from the area and has family here still. (His uncle Dan owned the Junction Oasis Truck Stop for many many years). They have been in the towing business on the Range for 20 years, so they certainly aren’t newcomers to the business.

I am proud of how Cars Towing puts a strong emphasis on Community through customer service and supporting local events. I am happy to know they are committed to carrying on that tradition. In addition to the 12 truck fleet we now have, they are adding four heavy duty wreckers, including a 60 ton rotator to expand our service offering.

I am staying on as a tow truck driver (the best job one could ask for) and will continue to enjoy that part without any of the management or ownership responsibilities. Most of you are aware I have recently been blessed with two grandchildren, I am here to tell you your world changes. Having a bit more time for Becky and I to enjoy them is certainly a big plus

I would also like to thank all of our employees. I bought a very good company and was able to substantially grow and expand it in the time I have owned it. Without their work and dedication, that would not have happened. Thanks much to everyone.

Very happy to be a part of Transportation Night in Carlton. Fun time with a great turnout of youngsters taking it all in.

It was also the perfect time to debut two of our newest trucks.
