Automotive Repair Shop Manager
Busy Automotive Repair Shop | Full-Time | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Automotive Repair Shop Manager to join our busy repair shop. We need someone who can confidently lead a team, keep the shop moving efficiently, and make sure our customers always feel like a priority.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands that a successful shop depends on strong communication, organization, teamwork, and excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy automotive repair shop
* Manage shop workflow and maximize daily shop throughput
* Lead, motivate, and hold employees accountable
* Coordinate technicians, service needs, scheduling, and workflow
* Ensure repairs are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time
* Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
* Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
* Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
* Monitor productivity, quality, and overall shop performance
* Maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
* Help ensure the shop is organized, efficient, and running smoothly
