Kyosho MP11e Build. Another Kyosho MP11e rolls out of the Donny Builds RC shop. This one will stay in NJ with a long time loyal customer. He outfitted this MP11e with some sweet electronics, and a absolutely killer Futaba HPS CB701 servo. This customer also chose to run the carbon fiber arm inserts. Thank you Kfir for your continued trust in Donny Builds RC!

TLR 22X-T Wire Job. Had the chance to work on the new TLR stadium truck recently. This one came in to have some fresh electronics installed. We started with a Hobbywing motor, Cayote Esc, a Power Hobby servo, and finally some 1up battery bullets. The customer requested some teal Cayote wires to tie it all together. It seems over the last couple months I’m either installing teal or pink wires, but it’s hard to argue they don’t look great. Thank you Jonathon for your continued support!

In a effort to maintain transparency with my current customers & future customers I wanted to give a little run down on the status of the shop and how busy it is.

Currently the shop has

* 6 new kit builds
* 3 re-wire jobs
* 3 jobs about ready to be finished

I would say at this moment in time the turn around time is about two & a half to three weeks. While expedited service is available for an increased rate I just wanted to be open in case you do decide to send your rides in at the moment. I’m trying to get caught back up before I launch the website because I know once it goes live more builds & service jobs will come in. The site is complete, but I’m delaying the launch for at least another week.

This post isn’t to complain, as I’m extremely grateful for the work & opportunities to work with so many of you. I’m a one man shop, and I will work as fast as possible to get a better turn around time for you guys.

XRAY 24 XT2 Job. This beautiful XRAY XT2 made its way into the shop to have electronics installed, as the owner bought this truck rolling. This XT2 is loaded with upgrades & goodies including the Hot Laps buggy conversion. It seems all the cool kids are running buggy shocks & towers on their stadium trucks. Once again thank you to Hype for trusting Donny Builds RC with his rides, and best of luck this season on the turf!

Next up, Kyosho MP10 TKI3. This one is going to be special. The customer spared zero expense when it came to this build. Loads of upgraded parts, REDs powerplant, REDS servos, you name it and this ride will have it. Keep your eyes peeled for this build in the future. 😏
