•Hands-on outdoor labor
•Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs
•Assist with mobile home setups, maintenance, and lot work

•Strong work ethic
•Team player with a great attitude
•Driver’s license preferred but not required
•Must be reliable and ready to work outdoors
