Did you know regular maintenance can extend the life of your propeller? Here are our top 5 tips for keeping your prop in top shape!

Inspect Regularly: Check for cracks, dings, and bends before and after each trip. Catch issues early!

Clean Thoroughly: Remove debris like fishing lines and branches. Consider an anti-fouling coating if used in saltwater.

Check Alignment and Balance: Ensure your prop is aligned and balanced to avoid vibrations and wear.

Lubricate Moving Parts: Use marine-grade lubricants on the propeller shaft and grease the hub regularly.

Store Properly: Remove and store your prop in a dry, safe place during the off-season. Don’t forget to use a protective cover!

By following these tips, you can keep your propeller in excellent condition, ensuring smooth and efficient boating adventures. If you do find any damage or need professional maintenance, remember Delta Propeller is here to help with a 3-4 week lead time on repairs.
