Been in an accident and need to get your car fixed?
Not sure about what the next steps are?

Usually insurance companies are real good about reaching out in a timely manner to check on you to get things rolling! If at all possible wait to speak with the insurance company that is covering the accident. A lot of the time they will write their initial estimate and will actually save you some time and headache.
When you figure out if they are writing their initial estimate or not, reach out to us. If they are writing their own we will schedule you in for repairs based on their estimate.
Does this mean that is all that is covered? Absolutely not. When your vehicle is disassembled for repairs we look at any effected areas for other damage and will right a corrected repair order to fix your vehicle properly and hold insurance to their responsibility to put your vehicle in Pre accident condition.

Remember we work for you not the insurance company. There are guidelines that HAVE to be met to repair your vehicle properly, documentation to back that up, and us here to hold the insurance company responsible for covering that.

There are times where they blatantly refuse to and those charges could fall into your responsibility before repairs can be completed and driven safely.

Be selective and inquisitive when trusting a shop to repair your vehicle!
