Olde Magnolia Place RV Park is set on 65 beautiful acres between Cleveland and Conroe, on Highway 105. We currently have 45 sites with 30 and 50 AMP hook ups at each site. We have a catch and release lake on the property for our residents. We are an adult community with a peaceful atmosphere.

It's a SHAME when the people providing the restrooms, showers, rvs for sleep, and food for the linemen are denied use of Conroe's dump station, so these men have clean bathrooms. They refused the vacuum trailer that the company uses to keep it clean.. SERIOUSLY CONROE. DO BETTER!!!!
