GORP = Good Ol’ Raisins & Peanuts — aka the perfect camping snack! 🥜🍇

Although these days, GORP can mean pretty much any granola or tasty trail mix you throw in a bag and take camping. 😂

So now you know. And knowing what to snack on around the campfire is important. 😉

Today’s Keystone Lake fishing conditions are fair, with water level at 720.93 ft, release at 0 CFS, and water temperature around 72°F. Bass are biting best at first light and near dusk, while crappie and catfish show fair-to-good activity around brush and dam areas.

Largemouth Bass – Good
Best windows: first light and last 2 hours before dark.
Early: shallow (2–8 ft) with spinnerbaits, chatterbaits, squarebills.
Midday: deeper (10–20 ft) with jigs, Texas rigs.
Wind-blown banks productive.

Crappie – Fair
Depth: 10–18 ft around brush piles, bridge pilings, timber.
Baits: jigs, minnows.

Keystone Lake is fishing fair to good, with bass and catfish offering the strongest action, crappie moderate, and panfish steady in shallow cover.
